They've been shot...

It was flu shot day today. We lined them up at our pediatrician's.

First up was Landon. He was all smiles and was so still. After he was done, without shedding one tear, he sat up, gave himself a big horray and said thank you.

Next was Kaitlyn. The look on her face was scared to death. I think she started crying even before she got her shot. She is actually still complaining of the pain. She told Landon in the car on the way home that she wished she could have been like him.

Collin assumed the position with smiles just like his big brother. He did very well and only whimpered a little but totally stopped once I picked him up.

Suckers all around. We are trying to prevent what happened last year...everyone got the flu.

Our appointment has been made... we're all getting them here too!

You'll have to let us know if the shots "work". We've never gotten them. Tatiana is just like Kaitlyn: cryin' before the needle is even in!

YAY!! What troopers. What made you decide to get one for Collin too? Destiney and I are getting one on the 27th but I wasn't going to get Casen one because I figered he stays home with me so his chances are slim. Do you think I should get him one too??

Oh and I forgot to mention, Destiney was the same way when she first got a flu shot. She cried and complained how bad her leg hurt (they gave it in her leg). Her leg hurt so bad in fact, she was limping out of the doctor's office....ON THE WRONG LEG!!!

Bonnie- I got one for Collin too just because of what happened to us last year. Kaitlyn picked it up first and brought it home to all of us. If Destiny is good about washing hands right when she gets home and all that good stuff, maybe you could skip on one for Casen. But, we didn't want to take any chances this year! It was horrible!

Hmmm, maybe I should just get one for Casen too, haha!! I don't want to take any chances either. I hate, hate, hate the flu. I can't even imagine how it must have been for you guys last year!
